These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bcaji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses or uses the bcaji website at https://bcaji.io and any associated services, products, games, or promotional offers made available through it.

Your use of the bcaji platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

bcaji reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Access to and use of the bcaji platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bcaji enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account or engage in any form of wagering activity on the platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of bcaji or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You do not have an existing bcaji account that has been suspended, restricted, or closed by bcaji for any reason.
• You are not using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. bcaji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time and to suspend account activity pending the satisfactory provision of such documentation.

To access the full range of bcaji services, including placing bets, playing live casino games, and claiming bonuses, you must register a personal account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one bcaji account. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. bcaji will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. You must notify bcaji support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• KYC verification: bcaji may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Accepted documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or driver's licence, supplemented by a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.

bcaji reserves the right to decline any account registration application without providing a reason. Account approval is not guaranteed.

All financial transactions on the bcaji platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Channel availability may change without prior notice.
• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the deposit interface.
• Withdrawal channel: All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment channel used for the original qualifying deposit. bcaji does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered account holder, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed.
• Fees: bcaji does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside bcaji's control.
• Withdrawal limits: Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may be adjusted at bcaji's discretion.

All bets placed on the bcaji platform are subject to the specific game rules and sportsbook rules displayed within each game or betting market. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• A bet is confirmed only when bcaji issues a written confirmation (on-screen or via account history). Verbal confirmations, screenshots taken before confirmation, or betting slips that fail to register do not constitute a valid bet.
• bcaji reserves the right to void any bet placed as the result of a technical error, odds error, or market suspension. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum winnings per single bet event may be capped. Applicable caps are displayed within the relevant betting market and may vary by sport, game, or tournament.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at bcaji's discretion. bcaji reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice, including during live sporting events.
• Winnings resulting from bets placed using bonus funds will be credited to the bonus balance and remain subject to applicable wagering requirements before they can be transferred to the withdrawable balance.

bcaji offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following standard terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in eligible bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash). The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live casino table games and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely. Game contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire within a stated period (typically 7–30 days from crediting) if wagering requirements are not met. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• One bonus per account: Only one active welcome or deposit bonus may be held at any time per account. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times across duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Right to amend: bcaji reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bcaji platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, mathematical errors in odds, or any other technical anomalies to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any structured wagering strategy designed to eliminate risk while qualifying for bonus payments.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using the platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or creating accounts under fictitious names.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly illegal and using technical means such as VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at bcaji staff or other players via the platform's support or chat channels.

All content on the bcaji platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, icons, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of bcaji or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content or software found on the platform.

Game titles, studio names (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), and tournament designations (including BPL, IPL, T20, and ICC) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used by bcaji under licence. Reference to these names on the platform does not imply any endorsement of bcaji by those organisations.

bcaji's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the bcaji Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, bcaji collects only the data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Your personal data is never sold to third parties or used for external marketing purposes without your explicit consent. bcaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and mitigating the risks of problem gambling. All registered players have access to the following tools from their account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit in BDT. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time reminders: Configure on-screen alerts at intervals of your choice to remind you of how long you have been active on the platform.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the stated exclusion period. Minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months.

bcaji does not permit players who are subject to a self-exclusion order to re-register under a new account. Any account found to have been registered in contravention of a self-exclusion order will be immediately closed and any balance will be returned to the player's designated payment method.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bcaji's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bcaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any interruption in access to the platform, whether or not bcaji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bcaji does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur; bcaji will endeavour to communicate these in advance where possible.

bcaji is not responsible for any third-party payment provider failures, network outages, or mobile device compatibility issues that prevent access to the platform or delay the processing of transactions.

bcaji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, bcaji will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via a notification within the platform or to the registered email address on file. For minor amendments (including typographical corrections and clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision), no advance notice is required.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent effective date displayed at the top of this document supersedes all prior versions. Archived versions of these Terms may be requested from the support team at bcaji. Your continued use of the platform after an amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bcaji operates as a safe and reliable platform with SSL encryption and fair play certification. No specific regulatory or licensing claim is made beyond what is stated in these Terms.

Any disputes arising between you and bcaji in connection with your use of the platform should first be directed to the bcaji support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. bcaji's internal complaints procedure requires that complaints be submitted in writing via the contact email address listed in the footer of this website. bcaji will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through bcaji's internal complaints procedure, you may seek resolution through any applicable dispute resolution or legal mechanism available to you under the laws of your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
